Kelly says: Their car sales might be good, but their service sure stinks. They took me "for a ride" with my 2004 Chevy S10 when they kept misdiagnosing my truck "noise" and taking money from me ($2400) over the course of Dec 31-March 10 and never got it right. One time they had it for a week and wanted more time to diagnose. Turned out I had broken rear axles. They even replaced the rear brakes and apparently didn't notice! I finally took it to a small mechanic who diagnosed it in ten minutes. But because of the damage from the axles leaking the fluid so long, the entire rear end must be replaced.
